No, you have the opportunity to book accommodation at the Retreat venue for a special reduced retreat rate or you can book accommodation somewhere else in the area according to your budget or preferences.
5. What should I bring to the retreat?
Upon booking, you will receive a detailed welcome pack that includes a list of items to bring, which typically includes comfortable clothing, personal items, a journal, and any prescribed medication. We aim to provide most of what you'll need to ensure a comfortable stay.
6. Are meals included? What if I have dietary restrictions?
Yes, all meals are included during the day, including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, but excluding breakfast and dinner. We will take great care to cater to various dietary requirements. Please inform us of your dietary restrictions when you book, so we can accommodate your needs.
