 3. What kind of activities are included in the retreat?

  •  The retreat features a balanced mix of activities designed to address your holistic well-being. This includes guided mindfulness and meditation sessions, legal and financial planning workshops, divorce coaching, group sessions, and beautiful surroundings to promote relaxation and connection with nature.

 4. Is accommodation included?

  •  No, you have the opportunity to book accommodation at the Retreat venue for a special reduced retreat rate or you can book accommodation somewhere else in the area according to your budget or preferences.

5. What should I bring to the retreat?

  •  Upon booking, you will receive a detailed welcome pack that includes a list of items to bring, which typically includes comfortable clothing, personal items, a journal, and any prescribed medication. We aim to provide most of what you'll need to ensure a comfortable stay.

 6. Are meals included? What if I have dietary restrictions?

  •  Yes, all meals are included during the day, including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, but excluding breakfast and dinner. We will take great care to cater to various dietary requirements. Please inform us of your dietary restrictions when you book, so we can accommodate your needs.

7 . I have never done anything like this before. Will I fit in?

  •  Absolutely. Our retreat is designed to be a welcoming, inclusive space for all, regardless of your previous experience with retreats, mindfulness, or any of the topics we cover. You'll find our community warm and accepting, a place where everyone belongs.

  •  Each day is thoughtfully planned to balance learning with personal reflection, group activities, and leisure. You'll engage in mindfulness practices, workshops on legal and financial planning, and divorce coaching sessions, all interspersed with free time to relax, connect with others, or enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

 9. How large are the retreat groups?

  •  We keep our retreat groups small to ensure a personal and intimate experience. This allows for individual attention from our coaches and facilitators and fosters a supportive community atmosphere among participants.

 10. Where is the retreat located, and how do I get there?

  •  The retreat is located in Coffs Harbour, known for its serene and beautiful environment. Once you register, we will provide you with further information.
